“Our venue has an in-house coordinator — do we still need you?”
Almost every well-known Santa Fe luxury property offers some version of an in-house coordinator, and it's easy to assume that covers everything. In practice, their role is to manage the venue itself — the room flip, the building's rules, the in-house catering team if there is one. We don't live in New Mexico — can you still help us?
Yes — most of our Santa Fe clients plan from out of state. We handle local venue visits, vendor meetings, and site logistics on your behalf and keep you updated by video call, so distance doesn't slow down your planning.
How far in advance should we book our Santa Fe venue?
