“Our venue has an in-house coordinator — do we still need you?”
Almost every well-known Santa Fe property offers some version of an in-house coordinator, and it's easy to assume that covers everything. In practice, their role is to manage the venue itself — the room flip, the building's rules, the in-house catering team if there is one. It is not their job to manage your florist's load-in, coordinate a welcome dinner across town, track down a delayed groomsman, or handle the wedding weekend as a whole.
