Wedding Planning FAQ

It depends on the level of service and your city. As a starting point: month-of coordination typically starts around $1,800–$2,000, full-service planning starts around $4,500–$6,000, and elopement support starts around $1,200–$1,500. Every quote is customized after a free consultation based on guest count, venue, and how much planning is already done.

For full-service planning, 9–14 months out gives us the most room to secure your ideal venue and in-demand vendors. For month-of coordination, 3–4 months out is typical. If your date is sooner than that, reach out anyway — we regularly take on couples with less lead time.

Full-service planning means we're involved from the very beginning — venue selection, vendor booking, design, and budget management — through the wedding day itself. Day-of (technically 'month-of') coordination means you've already booked your venue and vendors, and we step in about a month out to build the timeline, confirm every detail, and run the day so you don't have to.

Most venues offer a coordinator, but their job is to manage the venue and its staff — not your florist, your photographer's timeline, your ceremony program, or the hundred small decisions that come up on a wedding day. A wedding planner works for you, coordinating every vendor and moving part around your day specifically, and we work alongside your venue's team rather than in place of them.

We're based in New Mexico and plan weddings throughout Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Taos, Rio Rancho, Corrales, and Placitas, as well as destination weddings and elopements at scenic sites across the state.
